13th Benefit Event – ONE PLATE. ONE HOPE.

A DINNER FOR A CAUSE

A Christmas fundraiser to come together and spread joy, share our blessings, and make this season brighter for those in need.

On December 20, 2025, Radiant Light Philippines, Inc. (RLPI) held its Christmas fundraising event, “One Plate, One Hope: A Dinner for a Cause.” The gathering was a joyful and meaningful celebration, bringing together friends, donors, and supporters who have faithfully walked with us throughout this mission.

The evening’s program highlighted the remarkable progress of the 25-Resident Rehabilitation Facility in Mt. Tuburan, part of the St. Margaret Mary’s Home for Children project, which is now in its final stage of construction. This milestone would not have been possible without the generosity, prayers, and unwavering support of our donors and benefactors. The event served as a heartfelt moment to express our deep gratitude to everyone who helped make this dream a reality in such a short time.

Following a short presentation updating guests on RLPI’s ongoing support for the project, the celebration continued with a lively dance program. One dance troupe performed the traditional Sinulog dance, a cultural and religious expression rooted in Cebuano heritage. The word Sinulog comes from the Cebuano word “sulog,” meaning the movement of water current. The dance follows a distinctive two-steps forward, one-step backward rhythm, symbolizing the flow of a river. More importantly, Sinulog is a profound expression of faith and gratitude to the Santo Niño, believed to grant protection, healing, and blessings.

Adding a contemporary touch to the program, another dance group delighted the audience with a performance to Opalite, bringing energy and joy to the celebration.

The afternoon was filled with laughter and gratitude as RLPI shared special giveaway gifts with attendees as a token of appreciation for their support. What made the event truly meaningful was the spirit of generosity present in the room—people who opened their hearts to help vulnerable children also shared in a wonderful evening of fellowship.

The celebration continued with line dancing, karaoke singing, and joyful moments together, capturing the true spirit of Christmas.

Radiant Light Philippines, Inc. is deeply grateful to all who made this year a year of hope and generosity. Because of your kindness, we continue our mission of bringing radiant light to the darkness that covers our world, especially to children in need of healing, protection, and love.
